About ECRP

Evergreen Coast Regional Partnership serves Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties in southwest Washington state.

We provide tools and technical support to help communities grow while honoring local culture and values. By filling service gaps, coordinating efforts, and aligning existing programs, we strengthen the region as a whole.

We connect our communities to funding and resources that drive impactful projects. As a neutral convener, we bring together local governments, tribes, businesses, ports, and workforce partners to collaborate on shared challenges and opportunities.

As the region’s economic development district, we:

To do this, we’re developing a regional economic framework that helps the four counties collaborate more effectively. This framework will guide investment decisions and encourage partnerships among communities, tribes, businesses, and residents.

Comprehensive Economic
Development Strategy

ECRP oversees the Evergreen Coast Economic Development District (EDD). The EDD follows a federally approved Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) — a regional plan that guides economic growth and investment across four counties.
